Installation method:

1. Just loosen the positioning screw at the front and bottom of the fuselage, separate the fuselage and the bottom plate, and fix the bottom plate firmly on the door frame or wall (vibration and noise will be caused if the fixing is not tight), hang the body directly on the floor, and fix the body on the bottom plate with the removed positioning screw as original.

Note: Do not omit to install the rubber shock absorber when hanging the machine. In addition to the same model as above, the RFMS type installation should be fixed with a hanging hole. It is strictly prohibited to fix the machine without the baseplate, only by lifting.Otherwise, it will cause mechanical vibration and noise, and affect the service life of the machine, and check whether the power supply voltage and the selected switch wire section is consistent with the installed air curtain machine.

2. RFMS series water-heating and hot air curtain machine is installed on the indoor side of doors and Windows to prevent the water in the coil of heat exchanger from freezing and cracking.

5. Before each work of the hot air curtain machine, condensate water or mixed gas in the heat exchanger should be discharged first, preheat for 10 minutes, and then start the hot air curtain machine. When the hot air curtain machine is stopped, all the water in the coil tube must be discharged.

Notes for use of air curtain machine

(1) Before use, the user shall read the operation instructions in detail, and fully grasp the structure, performance, installation, use and maintenance methods of the air curtain machine and matters needing attention.

Once the fan is found to have any problem, it should stop at any time and check immediately.

(3) Regularly remove foreign bodies in the pipes before and after the fan, in case of accidents, the lubrication grease of the driving part should be replaced regularly, and the fan should take rainproof measures in the open air.

(4) In case of changes in weather conditions, the valve should be used to regulate the air volume.

(5) Regularly measure the current of the fan motor. Under normal circumstances, the measured current should be less than the rated current.
